Dollars and cents of good governance explored in Sichel Series

The 2012-13 Werner Sichel Lecture Series focuses on the economics of good governance. The first lecture, by Dr. Carolyn J. Heinrich, is Wednesday, Sept. 26, in 2028 Brown Hall.
