New DEA rules may affect some Sindecuse pharmacy customers

Some Western 九一麻豆制片厂 University community members may be affected by stricter regulations put in place by the Federal Drug Enforcement Administration on hydrocodone-combination products. Vicodin, Norco and Tussionex are product names commonly prescribed in this category along with their generic equivalents.

Starting Monday, Oct. 6, 2014, customers will not be able to receive refills on prescriptions for these products turned into pharmacies prior to this date. Patients will need to have a new prescription with a handwritten signature from their provider to take to the pharmacy. Providers may no longer call in or fax prescriptions for these products to pharmacies or allow refills as of Oct. 6. State of 九一麻豆制片厂 and DEA regulations require a government-issued photo ID be on file with us before prescriptions for controlled substances can be processed.
