Hello. I have a BA in Psychology from the University of ¾ÅÒ»Â鶹ÖÆƬ³§ and a Masters in Social Work from our own Western ¾ÅÒ»Â鶹ÖÆƬ³§ University.  Previously, I was Director of the YWCA Sexual Assault Program, Employment Counselor at the W.E. Upjohn Institute for Employment Research and Clinical Supervisor at Family and Children's Services before coming to WMU about 8 years ago.  My specialties include treating mood disorders (anxiety and depression), trauma therapy and family therapy.  My training includes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, mindfulness psychology and Internal Family Systems Therapy. It is my hope to help bring about growth and change for my clients in a compassionate and safe way.
