Fitness Schedule

The SRC continues to offer Virtual Zoom Classes through ExperienceWMU. All In-person fitness classes are canceled due to the MDHHS Emergency Order effective Wednesday, Nov. 18. 

 

How to join fitness classes at the SRC

Must register through ExperienceWMU and RSVP to reserve a spot for each fitness class.

Virtual Zoom and Pre-recorded Classes

Monday

  • Yoga Virtual Zoom fitness class with Kylie from 12:10 to 12:55 p.m. 
  • Zumba Virtual Zoom fitness class with Maddy M. from 5:15 to 6 p.m. 

Tuesday

  • Tighten & Tone Virtual Zoom fitness class with Lindsay at 12:10-12:55 p.m. 
  • Butts & Guts Pre-recorded fitness class from 5:15 to 6 p.m. 

Wednesday

  • Yoga Virtual Zoom fitness class with Kylie from 12:10 to 12:55 p.m. 

Thursday

  • Tighten & Tone Pre-recorded fitness class from 12:10 to 12:55 p.m. 
  • Zumba Virtual Zoom fitness class with Maddy from 5:15 to 6 p.m. 

Friday

  • HIIT Pre-recorded class from 12:10 to 12:55 p.m.

How to join Fitness classes this semester at the SRC

1. Go to: ExperienceWMU

2. Search for the Student Recreation Center under organizations

3. Click Join to activate your membership

a. ExperienceWMU will accept the new member and add to the Fitness Participant Group

b. Fill out Waiver and Liability form 

c. Fill out the  Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire (PAR-Q) 

4. RSVP to one of our online virtual fitness classes or reserve your spot in one of our Outdoor Fitness classes.

Space is limited and RSVP is required to reserve your spot in all of the fitness classes.In partnership with WSA
