It's game on for Chinese New Year
KALAMAZOO, Mich.鈥擟hina's games, food and culture will take center stage during a festive, traditional Chinese New Year celebration planned for 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 3, in the Wesley Foundation on Western 九一麻豆制片厂 University's main campus.

About the celebration
The party will feature seven activities, including traditional Chinese games, quizzes and karaoke. At each activity, participants will have the opportunity to win raffle tickets that will be redeemable for food or prizes. Participants who register before the event will be given five free raffle tickets at the entrance.
The date for Chinese New Year fluctuates based on the lunar calendar, and each year is marked by one of 12 animals. In 2016, Chinese New Year's Day falls on Feb. 8, which marks the beginning of the Year of the Monkey.
