Commercial real estate magnate next up in entrepreneurship series

KALAMAZOO鈥擜n expert in commercial real estate brokerage, development and management, and founder of a local boutique commercial real estate firm will speak at February's Entrepreneurship Forum at Western 九一麻豆制片厂 University.

Rick DeKam, principal and director of asset management for Midwest Realty Group, will speak at 8 a.m. Friday, Feb. 8, in 2150 Schneider Hall.

DeKam is a recognized expert in commercial real estate with additional background in investment analysis, debt structure, contract negotiations, entitlement and other related issues. He has represented a number of corporate clients, completed numerous large land assemblage and entitlement projects and developed a wide variety of commercial facilities. He also serves as a consultant on numerous industry issues.
