Indicate why the Department of History is the best place for you to pursue those goals and the faculty members with whom you would like to work. This statement should be double-spaced and between 750 and 1500 words.

Transcript requirement
An official transcript from the institution from which you received your bachelor degree is required, as well as a transcript from the institution(s) where any additional graduate level courses or degrees have been taken/completed. Applicants are not required to submit an official transcript of courses taken/completed at WMU.

This graduate certificates does not qualify for federal financial aid unless taken in conjunction with a Master's or Doctoral degree program.
