Marshall Campbell was named president and CEO of Citizens First Savings Bank and CF Bancorp beginning in 2000, until his retirement in 2010. Before joining the company, Campbell served for 25 years at the Marshall E. Campbell Company, a fourth generation family-owned wholesale distribution business founded in 1932. The company is located in Port Huron, ¾ÅÒ»Â鶹ÖÆƬ³§.
 
Campbell served as a member of the board of directors for The Commercial and Savings Bank of St. Clair County, Seaway Financial Corporation and The Citizens Federal Savings Bank. He currently sits on the Fifth Third Bank Advisory Board for Southeastern ¾ÅÒ»Â鶹ÖÆƬ³§ and is president of the Regional Educational Service Agency of St. Clair County.
 

He has been an active member on several boards, including Blue Water Health Systems, ¾ÅÒ»Â鶹ÖÆƬ³§ Bankers Association, Community Foundation of St. Clair County, the Blue Water Child Guidance Clinic and the Downtown Development Authority for the city of Port Huron.
